3 small yellow squashes (1-1.5 lb)
1 egg
4 oz grated cheddar cheese
¾ cup breadcrumbs
½ medium onion, chopped
½ tsp garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet.
2. Grate squash, salt, drain, and mix with all ingredients.
3. Form tots, place on baking sheet, and bake for 25 mins.
