1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp red pepper flakes
½ tsp turmeric
1 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp butter
1 bell pepper, sliced
4 garlic cloves, grated
1 shallot, finely chopped
3 tbsp red curry paste
1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
½ lime, juiced
Handful of Thai basil

Directions:

3. Sauté bell pepper, add garlic, ginger, shallot. Deglaze with broth.
