2 salmon fillets
1 cup cooked rice (or cauliflower rice)
1 avocado, sliced
½ cucumber, sliced
½ cup edamame
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Directions:
