Description
Steamed Cassava cake is a Filipino dessert, made steaming mixture of fresh grated cassava, coconut milk, eggs and condensed milk. It then topped with custard topping cream egg yolks. Some may also have jackfruit or macapuno (coconut pres. erves) as topping.
