This smoky Halloumi Pasta Bake is an irresistible mix of flavors! 300g dried pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tsp smoked paprika
250g halloumi cheese, cubed
1 large courgette, cubed
160g mature cheddar, grated
800g canned chopped tomatoes
Salt & pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Cook pasta for 5 min, then drain.
3. Sauté onion, garlic & 1 tsp paprika for 1 min.
4. Add courgette & halloumi, fry 3-5 min.
5. Stir in tomatoes, pasta & spices.
6. Transfer to greased tray, top with cheddar & paprika. Bake 10 min.
