3 lbs beef chuck roast
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

Directions:
1. Place the roast in the slow cooker.
