• 1/2 cup Chilli sauce, sweet
• 2 tbsp Ketchup
• 2 tbsp Taucu paste
Oils & Vinegars
• 1/4 cup Canola oil
• 3 tbsp White vinegar
Bread & Baked Goods
• 1 Golden mantou buns
Liquids
• 2 cups Water
Other
• 2 Eschalots ((small), roughly chopped (note 4))
