1 lb ground beef or steak strips
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni)
1 cup beef broth
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
1. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, set aside.
2. Sauté bell pepper, onion, and garlic until softened.
3. Cook beef, season with salt and pepper.
4. Mix cream cheese and broth into skillet.
5. Toss pasta in sauce, top with provolone, broil until golden.
