1 lb ground beef or steak strips
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
12 oz penne or rigatoni pasta
1 cup beef broth
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
2. Sauté bell pepper, onion, and garlic in olive oil.
3. Brown meat, season with salt & pepper.
4. Stir in cream cheese & beef broth until smooth.
5. Mix with pasta, top with provolone, broil until bubbly.
