4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions:
1. Season cod with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cod and sear 3-4 mins per side.
3. Remove cod, add garlic, cook for 1 min.
4. Stir in tomatoes, oregano, cook for 5 mins.
5. Add basil, return cod, simmer for 3 mins.
6. Serve with lemon wedges.
