15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
½ cup red onion, finely diced
1 pint baby tomatoes, halved
6 oz kalamata olives, drained and rinsed
6 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 tbsp minced garlic
Dressing: 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 2 tsp honey, ½ tsp dried oregano, ½ tsp ground cumin, ¼ tsp sea salt, ⅛ tsp black pepper

Directions:
1. Whisk together dressing ingredients.
2. Combine chickpeas, cucumber, onion, tomatoes, olives, feta, parsley, cilantro, and garlic in a bowl.
3. Pour dressing over salad and mix.
4. Chill for 1 hour. Garnish and serve.
