Marry Me Salmon

This flavorful salmon recipe is inspired by the viral “Marry Me Chicken” and promises to impress! Succulent salmon is served in a creamy sun-dried tomato sauce with hints of garlic, basil, and Parmesan. Perfect for a romantic dinner or an elegant family meal, this dish is as easy to make as it is indulgent.

3–4 salmon fillets, skin removed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried thyme
¾ tsp red pepper flakes
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 cup unsalted chicken stock
½ cup heavy cream
⅓ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
5 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil, for garnish

Directions:
1. Mix basil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Season salmon with half the blend.
2. Sear salmon in olive oil for 5 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
3. Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, then deglaze the pan with chicken stock.
4. Add cream, Parmesan, and remaining seasoning. Simmer until thickened.
5. Return salmon, spoon sauce over, and cook for 3–5 minutes. Garnish with basil.
