9 cups fresh cranberries
Juice of 1 orange, plus water to make 3 1/2 cups
Zest of 1 orange
4 cups sugar
Directions:
1. Combine cranberries, orange juice, water, and orange zest in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
2. Simmer for 8-10 minutes until cranberries pop open.
3. Blend until mostly smooth, then strain.
4. Return to pan, add sugar, and boil to 215°F.
5. Pour into jars; refrigerate or can.
