1 ½ cups diced onion
5-6 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups young green jackfruit
2 large carrots, chopped
2 lbs potatoes, diced
2 tsp dried thyme
1 ½ tsp dried oregano
2 bay leaves
½ tsp smoked paprika
5-6 cups vegan beef broth
2 cups grape tomatoes
¼ cup nutritional yeast (optional)

Directions:
