450g Halloumi cheese
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tbsp paprika
½ tbsp oregano
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Vegetable oil for frying
Sweet chili mayo dip:
⅓ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp sour cream
Directions:
1. Combine flour, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, and cayenne in a bowl.
2. Slice halloumi, coat in flour, and fry until golden.
