1 lb ground chicken
¼ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried oregano
1 egg, beaten
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
