Garlic Chilli Noodles
Inspired by the popular Chinese Garlic Chili Oil Noodles, this version is lighter yet just as flavorful. With sizzling garlic, scallions, and a punchy chilli sauce, it’s the perfect combination of spicy, savory, and garlicky goodness. Ready in just 20 minutes, this dish is highly addictive and easy to whip up on a busy weeknight!
11 oz Dried Ribbon Noodles
1½ Tbsp Cooking Oil
½ Cup Scallion (white part)
1½ Tbsp Minced Garlic
¼ Cup Vegetable Broth (low-sodium)
2 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Chinese Black Vinegar
1 Tbsp Korean Chilli Powder
Garnish: Scallion (green part), Toasted Sesame Seeds, Chilli Flakes
Directions:
1. Sauté scallions and garlic in oil for 5 min on low heat.
2. Add broth, soy sauces, vinegar, and chilli powder; simmer for 5 min.
3. Cook noodles as per instructions, drain, and mix with the sauce.
4. Garnish and serve hot.
