225g Halloumi
250g Lettuce
3 Wraps or Flatbreads
½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
½ cup Flour
1 Egg
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
2 tsp Garlic Salt
⅓ cup Parmesan
100 ml Neutral Oil
3 tbsp Ranch
3 tbsp Spicy Mayo
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
1. Cut halloumi into bite-sized cubes. Prepare three bowls with flour, breadcrumbs, and egg mixtures.
2. Coat halloumi cubes in flour, egg, then breadcrumbs.
3. Fry halloumi in oil until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
4. Assemble wraps with ranch, lettuce, crispy halloumi, and spicy mayo.
