8 oz uncooked pasta
1/2 tbsp olive oil
8.8 oz Spanish chorizo sausage, cut into small pieces
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
14 oz can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions:
