6 oz dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
1 cup pomegranate seeds, dry
Directions:
1. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Ensure pomegranate seeds are completely dry.
3. Melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
4. Coat pomegranate seeds in the melted chocolate.
5. Scoop tablespoon-sized drops onto the parchment.
6. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
