2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced fresh garlic
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
Nutritional yeast (optional)

Directions:
1. Wash and dry the potatoes.
2. Slice potatoes into 1/8-inch fans, stopping before the bottom.
3. Brush with oil and air-fry or bake until crispy.
4. Spread the garlic-parsley mixture over potatoes and serve.
