Crispy Air Fryer Cod
Ingredients:
2 cod fillets (about 150 g each)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Lemon wedges for serving
Fresh parsley (optional) for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, paprika, and garlic powder. Rub the mixture onto both sides of the fillets.
Place the fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
Cook at 200°C (390°F) for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
