1 lb butternut squash, peeled & cubed
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup butter
1 lb Italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions:
1. Boil & mash squash, mix with flour, egg, salt & pepper.
2. Roll dough, cut into gnocchi, and boil until they float.
3. Cook sausage with onion, garlic & pepper flakes.
4. Combine gnocchi, sausage, and creamy sauce.
