4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sliced Provolone cheese
1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Sear in an ovenproof skillet until golden.
4. Top with Provolone & Parmesan-Panko mixture.
5. Bake for 5-7 mins.
