Description
Classic Tuscan Lasagna
The Tuscan version of lasagna is simple and comforting, quite different from the southern Italian variant. Originating from the northern regions of Italy, this classic dish layers rich Tuscan Ragù, creamy béchamel, pasta sheets, and Parmigiano cheese. Traditionally enjoyed during Sunday lunches or festive gatherings, it’s a true representation of rustic Italian charm and simplicity. Unlike southern lasagnas filled with ricotta and meatballs, this recipe keeps it elegant with fewer ingredients that blend harmoniously for a perfectly balanced dish.
