• 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
• 1 tsp Soy sauce, light

• 100 g Mung bean vermicelli, dried

• 100 g Chinese chives
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Sugar
• 1 pinch Sugar
• 1/4 tsp White or black pepper, ground
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tsp Sesame oil
• 2 tbsp White rice vinegar

• 15 Flour-based spring roll wrappers, large
