1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp canola oil
Tahini sauce for serving
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mash chickpeas and mix with flour, cheese, herbs, and spices.
2. Form into 6 patties.
3. Heat oil, cook patties 2-4 mins per side.
