Chicken Parmesan Pasta
This Chicken Parmesan Pasta is a perfect blend of comfort and lightness, making it an ideal weeknight dinner. 10.5 oz (300 g) pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
20 g (1 tbsp) unsalted butter
1 lb (450 g) chicken breast, cubed
1 small onion, diced
2 large garlic cloves, chopped
¼ tsp red chili flakes
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 ½ cup (300 ml) tomato sauce
1 cup half and half
½ cup (50 g) Parmesan, grated
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cook pasta al dente; reserve pasta water.
2. Cook chicken in olive oil and butter until golden.
3. Add onion, garlic, chili flakes; cook 2 minutes.
4. Stir in seasoning, tomato sauce, cream, and let bubble.
5. Combine with pasta, add Parmesan & parsley.
