Caramel Mocha Brownie Monster Cheesecake

Ingredients:
– 1 package brownie mix
– 24 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup sugar
– 3 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
– 1/4 cup caramel sauce
– Whipped cream
– Chocolate shavings
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare brownie mix according to package instructions. Pour into a greased springform pan and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
3. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the brownie crust. Drizzle with brewed coffee and caramel sauce. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
5. Before serving, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
