1 9″ prepared pie crust
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp salt
½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
4 cups small chopped broccoli florets
Directions:
1. Line a 9.5-inch pie pan with the pie crust and prick with a fork. Freeze for 20 mins.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line crust with parchment and add weights. Bake for 12 mins.
3. Remove weights and bake for 10 more mins.
4. Whisk eggs and milk, add cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and broccoli. Stir well.
5. Pour mixture into crust. Bake for 37-42 mins until set.
