3 large sweet potatoes
½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
2 tbsp unsalted butter
¼ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
6 large eggs
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
Minced scallion (for topping)
Directions:
