1 lb chicken breasts, sliced thin
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce: 1/2 cup chicken broth, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine, 2 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp sugar, 2 tsp black pepper, 1/8 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Marinate chicken.
2. Stir fry with garlic, ginger, and peppers.
3. Add sauce until thickened.
4. Mix well & serve hot!
