8 oz tofu/shrimp/chicken
3 garlic cloves
3 green onions
1 1/2 cup carrots/bell pepper
2 eggs
1 cup bean sprouts
Pad Thai sauce: 2 tbsp each fish sauce, soy sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp sriracha, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp rice vinegar
