4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Cooking spray
For the Glaze:
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Directions:
