• 5 tbsp Thai red curry paste, store bought

• 2 tsp Fish sauce
• 1 tbsp Lemongrass paste

• 1 Jasmine rice

• 3 tbsp Vegetable oil

• 1 tbsp Sugar ((white, brown or palm))
