1 lb sausage, sliced
4 medium potatoes, peeled & chopped
1 cup asparagus, cut
1 yellow onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
2. Cook sausage in a skillet, set aside.
3. Cook potatoes for 10 mins, add onion & garlic, cook 3-5 mins.
4. Mix sausage, potatoes, asparagus in baking dish.
5. Add broth, thyme, salt, & pepper.
6. Cover with foil, bake 20 mins.
7. Add cheese, bake 15 more mins.
