1 (16-inch) Italian Bread
8 oz Chive and Onion Cream Cheese
1 cup Ranch Dressing
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Onion Powder
3 cups Rotisserie Chicken, chopped
6 slices Bacon, crumbled
3 Green Onions, chopped
3 cups Colby-Jack Cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp Butter, melted

Directions:
