8 oz halloumi cheese, sliced
1/3 cup hot honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Ciabatta bread
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Calabrian chili paste (optional)
1 garlic clove, grated
Heirloom tomatoes, sliced
Baby spinach
Fresh basil
Prosciutto (optional)
Salame Toscano (optional)

Directions:
