4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices ham
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/4 cup vegetable oil
For the Swiss Cheese Sauce:
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease baking dish.
2. Pound chicken to even thickness, season, and roll with cheese & ham.
3. Coat with flour, egg, & breadcrumbs. Fry in skillet, then bake 20-25 mins.
4. Make sauce by melting butter, adding flour, then whisking in cream & cheese.
