2 cups broccoli, small florets
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1/4 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup carrot, shredded
1/4 cup cashews
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions:
1. In a large skillet, cook broccoli, onion, garlic, mushrooms, red pepper, ginger, and water on high heat until broccoli is soft.
