1 cup creamy peanut butter (avoid natural with oils)
6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
16 oz chocolate bark

Directions:
1. Mix peanut butter and butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar until well combined.
2. Cover and refrigerate mixture for a few hours.
3. Scoop and shape into 1-inch balls. Freeze while melting the chocolate.
4. Melt chocolate bark using a double boiler. Dip frozen balls, coat, and place on wax paper to harden.
