1.5 lb chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper, diced
½ large yellow onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, chopped
½ cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
½ cup chicken broth
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili garlic paste
1 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

Directions:
