Leftover Thanksgiving Turkey Stuffed Shells
Give your Thanksgiving leftovers a makeover! Transform leftover turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and gravy into a comforting dish of jumbo pasta shells, all stuffed to perfection. It’s a creative way to keep those classic flavors alive without feeling like the same old plate of leftovers. Plus, it’s so easy to make!
12 jumbo pasta shells
1 cup leftover turkey, chopped
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 tbsp celery, diced
2 tbsp yellow onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
3 oz cheddar cheese, shredded (divided)
1 ¼ cups gravy
1 cup stuffing
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Boil pasta shells for 8-9 mins. Drain.
2. Mix filling: turkey, potatoes, veggies, garlic, half the cheese.
3. Spread gravy in baking dish, fill shells, top with stuffing & remaining cheese. Bake for 25-30 mins.
