4 large eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp corn starch
1 lb green cabbage, finely sliced
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp fresh or frozen dill, chopped
2 Tbsp green onion, finely chopped, plus more for garnish
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and butter a 9-inch pie dish.
2. Whisk eggs, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
3. Mix flour, baking powder, and corn starch, and combine with egg mixture.
4. Salt and scrunch cabbage to soften, add green onions and dill.
5. Spread cabbage mixture in pie dish, pour batter over, and top with mozzarella.
6. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
