2 cups cauliflower florets
2 cups cubed butternut squash
1/2 cup diced red onions
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 can celery soup
Aged cheddar cheese (to top)
Directions:
