1 lb. orecchiette pasta
1 Tbsp. olive oil
16 oz. Italian sausage
4 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:

2. Cook pasta as directed, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook sausage until browned.
4. Add garlic and broccoli, cook until softened.
5. Add pasta and pasta water to the skillet, toss together.
