1.1 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
14 oz (400 ml) full-fat coconut milk
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Chili flakes, for serving

Directions:
1. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2. Sear shrimp in hot butter and oil, 1 minute per side. Remove.
3. Sauté garlic and onion, add coconut milk. Stir in cornstarch mixture, fish sauce, honey, and lime juice. Add shrimp back, cook 1 min.
4. Top with cilantro and chili flakes.
