1 ½ cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 ½ tbsp sugar
1 cup chopped fresh spinach
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1 egg
4 tbsp butter (melted)
½ tsp garlic powder
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, spinach, and cheese.
3. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter.
4. Combine both mixtures until smooth.
5. Fill muffin tin ¾ full and bake for 20-25 minutes.
