1½ lbs chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
6 cloves garlic, smashed and peeled
2 tsp paprika
4 sprigs fresh rosemary
¼ cup orange juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste
½ cup pomegranate molasses
2 tbsp honey

Directions:
1. Marinate chicken with garlic, paprika, rosemary, orange juice, and olive oil for 30 mins.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
3. Mix pomegranate molasses and honey. Set aside.
4. Roast chicken for 20 mins, then brush with glaze. Bake 10 mins more.
