300g dried pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp smoked paprika
250g halloumi, cubed
1 large courgette, cubed
160g cheddar cheese, grated
800g canned chopped tomatoes
Salt and pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Cook pasta for 5 minutes, drain.
3. Sauté garlic, onion, paprika in olive oil.
4. Add halloumi, courgette; cook 5 mins.
5. Mix with pasta, tomatoes; bake for 10 mins.
